Happy 2nd Birthday Magnolia-licious!!!
Wow! Today I’m so excited to participate for the first time in the Magnolia-licious monthly blog hop and challenge as guest designer! This month it is a fun explosion box with a Birthday or Anniversary theme to celebrate two years for the Magnolia-licious Yahoo Group! This is such a fun project! I like to keep the outside of the box rather simple, so it is a nice surprise when the box is opened. Love the "floaty" things!!!

Those Magnolia flowers look awesome. Love your coloring of them. I love how you have the Same tilda on the outside and then see her on the inside. Super idea having the acetate to hold the flowers up. Gorgeous work.

Love your "Explosion Box" the colors are gorgeous. When you open the box it reminds me of when I was a little girl laying in a meadow of wild flowers and day dreaming about my future and watching the butterflies flutter around.

Hey, your the first Minnesotan I've come across in blog land, I'm originally from Rochester, myself. Anyway, love your box and those flowers are awesome! I think she's leaning on her elbow cause she's frustrated waiting for that boy, lol!
I have only ever known explosion boxes to have 3-4 layers and be for 'scrapbooking" the last 2 blogs have opened a whole new world for me. SOOOO very pretty, so much more than a card! Thanks for sharing this with us.
