Sweet Birthday Tilda Card

Our Sweet Little Tilda is floating in on a balloon to wish someone Happy Birthday!!!  Dr. Monday MD day with minis and dies!

Some fun dies and mini Tilda are from Diana at Magnolia-licious:

I've added some white gel pen for accents and a thread bow.  Also used Spellbinder oval dies and Stampin' Up! oval punches.  The paper is some from a long time ago from Deja View.  Tilda is colored with Promarkers.  I've also stamped some light green dots around too!

There is another special for the 2nd Volume of the Doohickey Die Club.  Click HERE to check it out and get an order in.  The first round had sold out!

Thanks for stopping by!  Enjoy Every Day!

Wetlands Canadian Goose Card

How many years has the Wetlands set been available???  Well I finally got it.  Loved the geese and assortment of stamps in this set.  I did a modified version of a card set I saw on Splitcoast Stampers.  Loved her combination of colors.

We had six adult geese with a total of 11 goslings by the creek this year and they were so fun to watch.

I masked the horizon line and sponged on Tempting Turquoise.  Removed the mask and then sponge Soft Suede for the ground, then Soft Sky for the sky.  Stamped the weeds and the goose in Soft Suede.  Sponged Garden green at the bottom.  Stamped the goose with black ink and then cut out and layered on top of the one stamped in brown.  Stamped the Thinking of You in black, added rivets and layered and tied off with linen thread.  Very easy and great to have available for a guy card.

Heart Window Thanks!

Used the wonderful new Heart Window!  Perfect size for the Minis or could even put a real picture in it!  This is my project for Dr. Monday MD using Minis and Dies.  Gotta love those dies and the variations that can be made with them!

You can find these lovelies at Diana's terrific online store Magnolia-licious:
MINI A19 SUMMER STRAWBERRY TILDA
DH 55 HEART WINDOW DIE
DH 48 JUNGLE LEAVES DIE
DH 61 STRAWBERRY DIES - leaves
DH 75 PEONIES DIES
MB 202 BLOOMING VIOLET DIES
MB 66 PEPITA BORDER DIE
MB 27 FAUNTLEROY CREST DIE
MB 201 A LITTLE THANKS DIE

I've used a couple of strips of the Pepita border to make a lattice type pattern on the bottom.  The Fauntleroy Crest actually has the middle covered up and just the tendrils show.  It is a nice border die for guy cards too!  I've used the Strawberry Die leaves for the leaves for these flowers.  Thought they were a good size to go with the Peonies.  The center of the flowers is one of the dies from the violet set.  I've also used a Cuttlebug embossing folder and Spellbinder dies.

To make the Thanks stand up from the frame, I cut five layers of the thanks and put them together with a two way glue pen.  Gave it some dimension.

If you missed out on the last Mini Club, there is a new one set up and you can check it out HERE!   Great way to add to our collections and at a such fantastic price!  Diana is a generous soul, so you can be sure to find lots of goodies included!!!

Thanks for stopping by and Enjoy Every Day!

Thank You Tilda

Time for Dr. Monday MD (Minis and Dies) and I've used some new ones!

For these and other great products check with Magnolia-licious.  Following are the ones I used:
MINI A21 TILDA WITH LACE PANTS
DH 48 JUNGLE LEAVES
DH 3 LILY OF THE VALLEY
DH 84 EDWIN'S RECTANGLE LACE
ANIMAL OF THE YEAR PAPER PACK

Love these new jungle leaves dies.  I've used two of the three that come in this set.  Also the Lily of the Valley are so sweet.  Edwin's Rectangle Lace dies come in a set of three also and I've used two of them here.

The word stamp is a Stampin' Up stamp, the embossing folder is Sizzix and the label die is a spellbinders die.  Tilda has been colored with Promarkers and I've used a white gel pen for accents along with some ribbon.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy every day!

Fourth of July Decoration - Summer Theme Blog Hop

Yeah!!!!   Summer...nice to finally have it here!   If you have come from Chrissy Christensen you are skipping along the right direction.  How cute was her Summer Fun Bucket!!!!  Great idea!!!  If you have come on your own, you will want to start at the beginning so you don't miss any of the fabulous creations from the terrific Design Team of Magnolia-licious.  The order is listed HERE at the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog.

I've created a Fourth of July decoration using some of the fun dies and a cutie Tilda to perch on the edge!  You can find these and other great things at Magnolia-licious!!!  Here are the links for the things I used:
317 VIRGO TILDA
DH 43 STAR TAG DIE
DH 69 TEA LABEL SHAPES - STAR DIE
DH 14 TRIPLE TAGS DIE
DH  25 GRASS DIE
DH 19 MINI ZIGZAG AND SCALLOP DIE

This Tilda has something in her hand, but I removed it hoping I had a little American Flag to put in her hand, but couldn't find one at the time.  Where I used the grass die might be a little hard to find, but I used blue card stock and it is at the base of the firecracker rockets.  Love those multipurpose dies!!!

Have used skewers to adhere the stars and Tilda to stick inside the jar and also rolled paper around the skewers to make the firecracker rockets.  The letters were from a Sizzlet Alphabet.

Hope you have found some inspiration along your travels through the Magnolia-licious Summer Theme Blog Hop!  This is the last stop on the trip!  If you've left comments on the blogs along the way, you will have a chance at a Surprise Prize from Diana of Magnolia-licious!  Join in with your own Summer Project for another chance to win too!  Details HERE.   Diana is always getting fun new products in, so be sure to stop by the store to check out out the great deals!

Enjoy every day and thanks for stopping by!!!
