Scrunchy Flowers

Guess I'm in the teal mode!!!  Made some scrunchy flowers by spritzing each layer with a little water and scrunching them into a little ball.  Then carefully peeled them apart to glue the layers into a flower.  Used Punch Bunch groovy flower, lily and sun punches, McGill branch punch and Spellbinders Fancy tag and oval dies, the Victorian Cuttlebug embossing folder and added flower soft to the centers.

Had leftovers from the other card so thought I would add a Tilda in Cherry Dress.  Dug out the watercolor crayons for a change of coloring techniques.  They sure blend easily.  Same supplies as the above card with the exception of Tilda and the watercolor crayons, and used Punch Bunch white oak leaf and EK Success Retro flower punches.

You can get lots of lovely Tilda's here!!!

Thanks for stopping by!!!  Comments and questions welcome!!!

EDITED:  For anyone interested in making the flowers on the top card, I've made up a little guide on what the layers look like.  The flowers on the second card are made basically the same, just using different punches.  I did scrunch the layers and let them dry before gluing.

Oh my gosh, she is so, so sweet. I love how you placed the oval behind her and then followed the curve with the floral arrangement. Beautiful flowers! Everything has a vintage feel even to her muslin like dress.
Awesome job Patti Jo!!

Wow! Just love the colours you have used on this one. At first I thought you must have used distress ink so I was surprised to see you had used water colour crayons. I haven't seen those before. They do a super job. I love the flowers you have made too and the tutorial. I haven't tried this technique.
