Some more water coloring with the distress inks. This is a Northwoods stamp and colored with a variety of the inks: Shabby Shutters, Peeled Paint, Forest Moss, Crushed Olive, Brushed Corduroy, Frayed Burlap, Vintage Photo, Faded Jeans, Broken China, Chipped Sapphire, Tumbled Glass and Fired Brick. Probably stuck some Dusty Concord in there too!
Used the herringbone embossing folder and cut some triangles for the corners and attached with brads.
Heard from Ruby on the blog candy and oh my, she was excited!!! I'm sure she will enjoy using the palette.
Enjoy the day!!!

Gorgeous Patti Jo,
The scene looks terrific and I love how you have put those masculine corners on. They look like leather. Love the herringbone embossing.

Patti Jo, this card is awesome--just stunning. A great "manly card", but I would like it too. It looks like you could just "enter" into the picture and go right down to the lake. I love it! Excellent job!!

Hi Patti Jo! A wonderful card and such beautiful colouring of this scene, perfect stamp for the men in our lives :). I love the container for distress inks in your previous post, I've been looking for something like that for ages that has a lid, it's the perfect solution. Hope you're well and have a great weekend. Chris :)
