Our Sweet Little Tilda is floating in on a balloon to wish someone Happy Birthday!!! Dr. Monday MD day with minis and dies!
Some fun dies and mini Tilda are from Diana at Magnolia-licious:
I've added some white gel pen for accents and a thread bow. Also used Spellbinder oval dies and Stampin' Up! oval punches. The paper is some from a long time ago from Deja View. Tilda is colored with Promarkers. I've also stamped some light green dots around too!

Came across this by accident. No email for this one. It is gorgeous. I love the flowers and how you have arranged them on the card. Gorgeous papers. Tilda looks so cute. I love how the balloon is out of the oval. I always mess it up when trying to do that LOL.
