Happy Day Tilda Pocket

Wanted to use some of the great dies from the 1st Doohickey Die Club.  Check and see if Diana has any of the 1st Club set left.  Also, I would suggest to order the 2nd Club set of Christmas theme before they are gone.  There are only a limited amount and cannot be re-ordered.  Click HERE.

I used the MINI 231 TILDA AS A STAR, but of course, any of the sitters will do!!!  Thought the pocket was a fun thing to be able to tuck things in and the seaweed die makes wonderful wavy leaves in an arrangement.  The border die I used for the top and bottom was actually a wave die, but I used the leftover piece of it that made a really nice scallop.  Stars work nicely for flowers!!!
These were the dies I used and there were many more in the 1st Club kit.

Check out Barb's Stampelicious blog to see the cute card she created with a screen door!

Please stop by the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog and catch the details for the latest Challenge and get inspiration from the gals on the Design Team.  You'll find so many fun items at Magnolia-licious and there are always new things coming in too!

Thanks so much for all the lovely comments, they are greatly appreciated!!!  Thank you for stopping by and Enjoy Every Day!!!

Corner Flip Card With Tilda

Saw a card with a similar design and thought it would be perfect to showcase a Mini Tilda!  Another project for Dr. Monday MD (minis and dies).  Of course, I always love trying out different dies.

Find these and other magnificent things at Magnolia-licious:
MINI 377 VIOLET TILDA
MB 54 PRIMULA BLOOMS DIES
DH 19 MINI ZIG ZAG AND SCALLOP DIES
See it is just the corner that flips up.  I did a partial cut with a Spellbinders die, then cut to the fold with a scissors.  The background papers ere from an old My Mind's Eye pad.  Didn't see till too late, but could have sanded the edges of the flowers, so they stood out from the paper a little more.  I can see this Primula Blooms die is going to have lots of uses....a nice variety of small flowers.
Another sweetie mini colored with Promarkers!!!  So quick and easy to color and add to a card!

Be sure to stop by Barb Hardeman's blog Stampelious to see her creative ideas!  She has been the master of boxes lately and they are all so cute!!!  This week she has an adorable card.  And also check the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog to see what is going on there.  We would love to have you join in on the challenges.  Diana always has such generous prizes and the gals on the design team have such awesome inspirational ideas!  So join in and show us some of your stuff!!!

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy every day!!!

Summer Flower Tilda with Botanic Frame

Love this new frame set!  So many different uses and variations can be made with it.  Of course I had to make it 3D, but it would be really nice even flat or for a monochromatic card.  Will have to try that too!  Dr. Monday MD is over at the Magnolia-licious™ Challenge Blog today.  Be sure to check out what Barb Hardeman has done too!  So here is my Mini and Dies card!

Find these at the wonderful Magnolia-licious™:
MINI 265 SUMMER FLOWER TILDA/MINI 3032 WATERCAN TILDA
MB 255 BOTANIC FRAME SET
MB #255 Botanic Frame Set 98539
The frame has a background piece, the viney and floral part plus a separate flower die and another leafy die that you could stamp a small sentiment in.  I cut off the leafy edges and used them for filler around the frame.  What a fun set and I love the size of the flowers too!  The frame is the perfect size for the minis too!  I started out with a base of dark green then ran the frame through with a lighter green, white and a piece of aqua to get to get the pieces to pop up.

Mini Summer Flower Tilda is paired with Watercan Tilda also a cutie!  She is colored with Promarkers and I've used a Darice embossing folder, spellbinder die and a no name butterfly punch.

Thanks so much for checking in and thank you for all the kind comments!!!  Enjoy every day!!!
