Wrapped and Unwrapped Tilda Ornaments

Made a couple of ornaments with the mini Wrapped and Unwrapped Tildas.  Could also use these for gift tags too!

These minis can be found at Magnola-licious along with lots of other fun stuff!

You can still find the great special Diana is offering for both of these!

MINI #3001 WRAPPED TILDA AND MINI #3002 UNWRAPPED TILDA
SWEET CHRISTMAS DREAMS PAPER PACK
#4 LEAF AND SWIRL DOOHICKEY DIES-Leaf
#22 VINTAGE FLOWERS AND LEAVES DOOHICKEY DIES-Flowers
#34 WILD STRAWBERRY AND FLOWERS DOOHICKEY DIES-Little Flower

Water colored with Distress Inks.  (Used the new Seedless Preserves along with the usual colors.)  Have also used a holly Punch Bunch punch, Spellbinders oval and label dies plus added the Viva Decor pearl drops.  Ooops, forgot to put blush on their cheeks!

Do you ever find that you have to stamp an image a few times to get a really good one?  Well, I've been experimenting with the No More Shims Embossing Mat.  I've mentioned I love using it for embossing with my Cuttlebug, but also found another great use!  Normally when I stamp my minis, I've put them on an acrylic block with the Tack and Peel and then had a piece of foam mat under the paper I'm stamping on.  I found the No More Shims mat works even better than the foam mat because it has some cushion, but just the right amount of firmness.  Hope that makes sense!  I love using products that have more uses than just the original intention!

Diana has the No More Shims mat and the Tack and Peel at Magnola-licious!

I hope everyone is working on their projects for the fabulous challenge over at Magnolia-licious Highlites!  There are some awesome prizes you wouldn't want to miss out on!

HERE is the link to the Wrapped Up Holiday Challenge and all the info.

And you still have time to participate in the Count the Snowflakes Blog hop!  HERE are the details and the Design Team projects.

White Christmas

Gotta keep it simple if I'm going to make a bunch of these!!!  This is all white and silver mirror (which looks gray/black on the photo).

I've used a Cuttlebug Holly Borders embossing folder, Tattered Flowers Tim Holz die, Punch Bunch Sunflower and Birch Leaf punches and a Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder.  The centers and faux brads are Candi dots.

Lacy Christmas Flowers

Had a leftover piece of background paper so pulled out some more dies to get one more Christmas card made.

I've used Magnolia DooHickey dies for all but the corners which are Nellie Snellen.

The DooHickey dies are from Magnolia-licious:
#17 SNOWFLAKE AND MISTLETOE DIE-snowflake
#22 VINTAGE FLOWERS AND LEAVES DIE-flowers
#34 WILD STRAWBERRY AND FLOWERS DIE-leaf
#6 BON VOYAGE FOLIAGE DIE-leaf
#8 DOILEY FLOWERS

Sorry the doily flowers are out of stock right now, but the #2 PEONY DOOHICKEY DIES would work as well for this flower.

Also Diana is carrying Marianne Designs dies!  You can order them HERE!

AND the Memory Box dies will be in shortly too!  Find those HERE!  You can preorder these right now.
The words are from an Inkadinkadoo stamp set, and I've added ribbon and some red bling!

This is just a quick post because I'm supposed to be cleaning for Thanksgiving tomorrow, but of course, making cards is much more fun!!!

Wishing everyone a fun, safe and fabulous Thanksgiving!!!
Enjoy every day!

Funky Ms. Claus

The Vase Head or Pot Head gals or whatever you want to call them, were quite the thing when a magazine article came out some time ago.  I figured I would have some fun and make a Ms. Claus!

I've used Spellbinder dies for the scalloped and plain circles, Punch Bunch punches for the head, hat, hair, lips and holly.  The embossing folders are Cuttlebug and Stampin' Up! and the word stamp is Hero Arts.  I've used some Stickles and white gel pen plus some pearls, glitter and red beads.  Glasses were made by wrapping wire around a pencil.

A Wrapped Up Holiday Challenge and Count the Snowflakes!

I'm sure this Wrapped Up Holiday Challenge is getting you in the Christmas mood!  Working with these little cuties and the few inches of white stuff that came down yesterday sure got me into it!!!

Hope you are enjoying the blog hop with all the fabulous creations from the Magnolia-licious Design Team!  If you just saw the fabulous work of Janiel, you are going in the right direction.  If you came here on your own, you will want to start at the beginning HERE at Magnolia-licious Highlites.

I've created a Joy wall hanging and added our featured mini Wrapped and Unwrapped Tilda's plus added the new mini Ribbon Tilda.  Figured she fit in with the theme since she has a ribbon to tie up something!!!  (Not that I'm thinking that far ahead, but she would be great for Valentine's Day too!)

Diana has these darlings plus an outstanding special on minis HERE.  She has paired up some of the minis for this and what a great way to start or expand your collection.  Besides this terrific sale, she has awesome service and a fantastic selection of Magnolia and other fun products!

From Magnolia-licious, I've used:
MINI #3102 RIBBON TILDA
MINI #3001 WRAPPED TILDA
MINI #3002 UNWRAPPED TILDA
SWEET CHRISTMAS DREAM PAPER PACK
#15 POINSETTIA FLOWERS DOOHICKEY DIES
#17 SNOWFLAKE AND MISTLETOE DOOHICKEY DIES
#34 WILD STRAWBERRY AND FLOWERS DOOHICKEY DIES

These are the same flowers I used on the card I made the other day, I thought I would use them for this one too.  They went so nicely with the Sweet Christmas Dreams paper.
Edged the flowers with a sponge dauber and ink.  The centers are some crushed stone glued in with Glossy Accents from my stash.

I can't believe the generous and awesome prizes Diana from Magnolia-licious is offering.  I hope you will join us in this fun challenge!  Details are HERE.  Did you find the hidden snowflake(s) on the first photo?

Now you get to hop over to see what that Queen of the Coloring Pens Ruby has created!  I know for a fact she worked hard at coming up with something fun and exciting to share with you!!

Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy every day!

Miss Holly Tilda Pop Up Card

Another sweet image from the Sweet Christmas Dreams collection!  I've also used a paper from this collection and some DooHickey Dies.

This is a Sliding Pop Up card by Kim Score.  She has made a terrific tutorial and I appreciate her sharing that info!  Another fun project to do with our trusty Scor-Pals or Scor-Buddy's!

Diana has these things at Magnolia-licious:
#299 HOLLY TILDA
SWEET CHRISTMAS DREAMS PAPER PACK
#7 OLD SWEDISH LACE DOOHICKEY DIE
#15 POINSETTIA DOOHICKEY DIE
Check these out plus all good things Magnolia AND check out the new dies she has too!  I am excited she is carrying the Memory Box and Marianne Design dies too!  Magnolia-licious

I think the idea of making a pop up card like this is to make it flat for mailing.  As you can see, even with it down, I don't do well with flat!!!  Let's just say it is almost flat!!!

I've water colored Tilda with Distress Inks and added the Stardust pen and white gel pen for accents.

The Merry Christmas is a Stampin' Up stamp and punched out with the Word Window punch and layered on a piece punched from the Modern Labels punch.  Both SU punches.

The flowers were made with just the small die  and the leaves were from the larger die of the Poinsettia's DooHickey die set.  I've scored lines in the petals and sponged SU Bravo Burgundy ink around the edges of the flower and SU Garden Green around the leaves.

The centers of the flowers are some crushed decorating stones I have had around here for ages and I glued them in with Glossy Accents.

Don't forget about the Magnolia-licious Highlites Challenge!  Awesome prizes and great challenge........get those thinking caps on!  Monday the 21st will be the Design Team hop and I can't wait to see what the gals are making!!!    Hmmm, wonder what I will do???!!!  :)

Thanks for stopping by and appreciate your comments!

Enjoy every day!!!

Sweet Winter Tilda

This Tilda was one of the new Sweet Christmas Dreams collection that I thought was the cutest, until I realized you just can't pick out a cutest from the entire collection!!  They are all so adorable!!!

Figured I better get going on some Christmas cards and better keep them rather simple if I'm going to get a bunch done.

This is #3093 Winter Tilda and I've colored her hat and coat with the new Evergreen Bough Distress Ink.  Have also used Spellbinder dies, MS snowflake punch and the word stamp is from JustRite.  Patterned paper is from my stash.  Added pearls and liquid applique to the poms and muff.
This cutie can be found at Magnolia-licious.  The Design Team is working on projects for the upcoming hop on November 21st and to tie in with that Diana has offered an outstanding deal on many of the minis for EVERYONE!!!  OMG, you will want to check these out and stock up!  Go to Magnolia-licious Highlites for all the details of this exciting challenge!  Now Diana has also offered some serious prizes for the challenge!!!!  WOW, you will want to join in!!!!

Tilda with Snow Heart Box

Get your Scor-Pals out!!!  Make this quick and easy little box with this new cute Tilda with Snowy Heart and a flower and some greenery!  The box has a band that slides off and easy to decorate with our favorite Magnolia things!

HERE are the instructions for the Box and all you do is add a band to go around.  I had leftover pieces from my piece of 12 x 12 paper!

Here are some of my favorite Magnolia things that I used for this project:

There is a new Vintage Mistletoe die that is an awesome addition to our greenery dies too!  Check out Magnolia-licious for a terrific selection of all the new and old dies besides the Magnolia stamps!  Great prices, get store credit for your purchases and free shipping with qualifying orders besides wonderful service from very nice people!!!

A Punch Bunch stamen punch and 1/4" circle punch was also used.  Tilda is water colored with Distress Inks and so is the flower.  I've used the new Seedless Preserves from the limited edition set, but the photos have made it more pink than it really is.  It is more of a nice grape color.  Used my usual white gel and stardust pens for some detail!

Appreciate you checking in!  Hope you have time to do some creating today too!

Enjoy every day!
